Our South Green location gives us bragging rights as the ONLY on-campus student apartment community in Athens, Ohio. No need to worry about expensive parking or risk getting towed, we are so close you don’t even need a car! And if you do have a car, that’s ok too, we offer inexpensive on-site parking. Situated next to the intramural sports field and the Hock Hocking Adena Bikeway, River Park is where accessibility, active living, and convenience are second to none.
